PUBLIC AND INTERNATIONAL POLICIES
We help governments and international organizations design effective policies in highly specialized areas such as designing the gender policy of a large West European country, or identifying key reconciliation levers in a war torn country. We also contributed to the integration of unconscious bias policies by the United Nations Women Empowering Principles.
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION TRANSFORMATION
We advised senior civil servants on how to become more agile and reduce unconscious bias in decisions.
Our program for executives starts with a session on the unconscious workings of the mind. During the session, you will take tests and discover how your unconscious self-identity and other personality traits impact your decisions. With practical cases, we will help you make more objective and adaptive decisions. We can then zoom in on specific topics: strategic growth opportunities, risk assessment, quality of sales forecast.
